Eric has a 35-year professional experience, working for a valued technology leader, always in revenue generating main line businesses, managing over 80,000 employees, in countries, Europe and Global. Eric's main business contribution is more than a 100 large deal crafting, making and closing, Services, Software and Hardware, across 80 countries in the world for a total of multiple Billions Dollars. In addition, Eric led various personal projects and contributed to several boards and start-ups.

In these 35 years, Eric was exposed to multiple cultures, recognized to be very pro-active and advocate of enterprise diversity, appointed as GLBT executive leader of IBM for several years.
Eric became “de facto” mentor and advisor of hundreds of talents, beyond his own organization, in particular, many women who acknowledged his understanding, empathy and recommendations, and foremost, confidentiality and trust. These thousands of hours materialized in a proven discussion framework that becomes today a WEA Conseil asset.

WEA Conseil is a voluntary continuum of Eric’s experience, sort of a give back across generations, dedicated to Women Executives, current and future.
Eric was born in France, raised in Africa, married, 3 children, now lives between Paris and Madrid.

Why Did I Engage?
I was lucky myself to be helped at early stages, it made a change, I now want to give it back.
Why women? Women are gifted to provide unique values to firms but still underrepresented.
How does it work? Addressing both self-confidence and Enterprise understanding.
Why a man to do it? Part of the model design for 35 years, I know how it works, inside and outside, officially and below the cover. I know what's expected -or not. I can really help you perform a significant change in your career.
